TITLE : Mixing Operator

LOCATION : Onsite in Alsip, IL

SHIFT & HOURS : 2nd Shift : Monday-Friday 2pm-10 : 30 pm

Hiring Hourly Rate : $22.42 / Hr.including 5% Shift Differential

2 Year Earning Potential Based on Continuous Learning Progression Pay

• 6 Months - $23.18 / hr.
• 12 Months- $23.96 / hr.
• 24 Months- $24.72 / hr.

Griffith Foods is hiring a Mixing Operator to join our Production Team. The Mixing Operator is responsible for the safe operation and loading of mixing equipment to produce high-quality food products in compliance with company standards.

Physical Requirements :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk to communicate and listen effectively. This will require both office and plant environments. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Safely navigate stairs and ladders

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; high, precarious places and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud; hearing protection is required in designated areas. Dust and odor present in environment.
