Sodexo has an exciting opening for Director of Brand Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, refining and tracking the portfolio of Sodexo brands, which directly impacts the attainment of North American retail sales and profitability goals. The portfolio of brands includes fast casual, restaurant and catering solutions. This role will ensure that all divisions have the required information and innovation to retain and attract clients and customers; coordinates the development and implementation of marketing and brand management projects. This is a remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere within the United States.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop, refining and track the portfolio of Sodexo brands, directly impacting North American retail sales and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with business segments to ensure the right support in the deployment of brands.
• Leads strategic analysis and insights activities to ensure portfolio meets the needs of consumers, clients and operators thus enabling the Company to remain competitive.
• Utilizes research and examines competitive options to establish brand innovation and growth. Utilize analysis to drive new sales, retention and support comparable unit sales growth with existing locations, as well as demonstrate competitive differentiation in the market.
