Requirements :

1 year of recent experience

Active Physical Therapist License

Current BLS / BCLS Certification

Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #25-56115. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
