We are seeking an experienced and reliable Yard Supervisor to oversee daily yard operations and lead a small crew in a fast-paced construction or industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of coordinating workflow to ensure efficient loading, unloading, and material movement.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and support a small yard crew

Oversee the loading and unloading of materials to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Operate construction forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed

Coordinate with dispatch to manage daily workflow and priorities

Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing all safety standards and procedures

Monitor yard organization, material placement, and equipment condition

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Yard Supervisor or Construction Supervisor

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Hands-on experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment

Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
