Brush Hill Care Center is seeking an experienced Food Service Director with Long Term Care experience to complement the existing staff. The facility is a 160-bed long term care facility in Milton, MA.

Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials and experiences:

• Chef / cooking experience,

• Scheduling,

• Ordering,

• Mass sanitation code knowledge,

• Budgeting,

• CDM, ServSafe, Allergen Certificate

• Ability to work hand-in-hand with the Registered Dietitian to create new menu items based on Resident's preferences.
