Bookkeeper Position

Our client in West Los Angeles is looking for a bookkeeper with strong accounts payable and reconciliations skills to support a financial lending company. The majority of this role will focus on bookkeeping activities, including processing accounts payable and handling regular reconciliations. This position works closely with the CEO and upper management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including timely completion of reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform month-end close reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Work directly with the CEO and upper management for reporting and escalation.
• Maintain vendor records and support cash advance workflows for pre-settlement funding / finance law suits.
• Utilize QuickBooks for data entry, transaction processing, and report generation.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards in all financial documentation and processes.

Requirements :

Work Schedule : Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office, 9 : 30am 6 : 00pm PST. Potential to expand to 5 days / week as business needs evolve. Parking available.
