BELOW ARE GENERAL PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.
• Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.

Arch) degree from an accredited institution preferred Minimum of 3-7 years of demonstrated success in project and client leadership roles Current architectural license and NCARB certification highly preferred Proven track record of leading project teams and exceeding client expectations Comprehensive understanding of project delivery from concept through closeout Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, industry practices, and A/E firm operations Thorough understanding of building materials, construction methods, codes, and regulations Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills Strong accountability for meeting project objectives, including profitability and design excellence Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and clients Key Responsibilities:
