Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and provide guidance on customers' bookkeeping and QBO questions
Create high-quality customer experiences and ensure timely follow-up communication
Research regulations to support guidance provided to customers
Required Qualifications
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification
3+ years of experience using QuickBooks Online in bookkeeping roles
Proficient with technology and computer operations
High degree of customer service skills
Must have or be willing to obtain a dedicated high-speed internet connection
