A company is looking for a Remote Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the outsourced controller for multiple clients, managing relationships and advising on financial matters

Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, general ledger, and reconciliations

Lead and mentor team members, delegating tasks and implementing process improvements and software integrations

Required Qualifications

7+ years of accounting and finance experience, including multi-client management

Higher-education accounting degree; CPA firm or public accounting experience preferred

Expertise in financial reporting, GAAP, lease accounting, and revenue recognition

Experience in operational accounting oversight, including bookkeeping and compliance

Proven skills in delegation and coaching, with a focus on team development
