Performs various patient care activities and related services in caring for the needs and comfort of patients under the direction of the physician or midlevel provider. RN duties include (but not limited to) : assessing patients physical, psychosocial and behavior health needs; advocating for patient; administering prescribed medications, including IV therapy in office (rheumatology); preparing exam room, procedure room, infusion room equipment and assisting providers; documenting in the EMR according to TSMH policy and procedures. Each position has specific requirements with unique duties and responsibilities.
