We are hiring 10 Part-time or Full-time CRNAs to join a growing, well-established anaesthesia practice at multiple clinical sites in Findlay and Bluffton. Position Highlights :

• ✅ Self-scheduling : 8 or 12-hour shifts
• ✅ Choose part-time or full-time employment
• ✅ W2 / Hospital-employed or 1099 independent contractor
• ✅ Locations : Hospital, Surgery Centre, or a combination
• ✅ Diverse case mix : ENT, general, ortho, neuro, OB (low-risk), urology, and minimal healthy peds
• ✅ Equitable call schedule, care team model
• ✅ Team : 7 full-time MDs, 18 CRNAs
• ✅ New grads welcome — physician mentoring available!
