We are hiring 10 Part-time or Full-time CRNAs to join a growing, well-established anaesthesia practice at multiple clinical sites in Findlay and Bluffton. Whether you’re seeking flexibility, a variety of cases, or a strong work-life balance — this is the opportunity for you!
Position Highlights :
- ✅ Self-scheduling : 8 or 12-hour shifts
- ✅ Choose part-time or full-time employment
- ✅ W2 / Hospital-employed or 1099 independent contractor
- ✅ Locations : Hospital, Surgery Centre, or a combination
- ✅ Diverse case mix : ENT, general, ortho, neuro, OB (low-risk), urology, and minimal healthy peds
- ✅ Equitable call schedule, care team model
- ✅ Team : 7 full-time MDs, 18 CRNAs
- ✅ New grads welcome — physician mentoring available!
