The Director of Strategy & Insights leads a small team of analysts responsible for delivering data-driven insights that guide marketing strategy, product direction, and client engagement. This role is within our Technology organization and bridges analytics, AI / ML, business strategy, and technology-delivery to drive measurable impact across the company. You'll be both player and coach – rolling up your sleeves for hands-on technical and analytical work while partnering with a team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and data analysts. A successful candidate will possess strategic insight to recognize how our data assets can be exploited by driving product differentiation, the technological experience to design a scalable data ecosystem and the people management skills to motivate a team to execute this vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of a data strategy and roadmap with a focus on data analytics and product innovation.
• Evangelize the value of data and analytics as a disruptive game changer in our industry
• Lead and mentor analysts responsible for recurring campaign reporting and ad-hoc analysis for clients and internal teams.
• Gather requirements and define analytical and strategic priorities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage client-facing performance reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Translate industry trends, consumer surveys, and data findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with the Reporting & BI team to improve dashboards, automate reporting, and enhance data accessibility.
• Strategic partner to product management; accountable for ideation and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, helping define acceptance and success metrics and use cases for new features.
• Champion of application in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) across a portfolio of SaaS applications, including new and adapted predictive models, personalization and recommendation technologies.
• Head the AI / ML center of excellence (COE); expert on technologies built in-house and integrated through acquisitions and partnerships, aligning technical development with business needs and long-term roadmap goals.
• Work with Data Engineering to shape data architecture, streamline ETL processes, improve data quality and availability to ensure effective and efficient deployment of proven solutions
• Contribute to RFP responses, highlighting the organization's analytical capabilities and strategic value.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture focused on delivering actionable insights
• Balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership and team development
