About the Position : Harris Health System is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Tech I to join our mental health team. As a Psychiatric Tech, you will play a critical role in supporting patients with mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, observing and reporting on patient behavior, ensuring a safe environment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a psychiatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
