Role Description:
Our client is expanding its global investor outreach and seeking three dynamic Regional Sales Directors to lead EB-5 fundraising initiatives in key markets. This is a senior, results-driven role for professionals who have already built strong networks in the U.S. immigration, investment migration, or wealth advisory industry and have a consistent track record of closing EB-5 investor commitments.
As part of our leadership team, you will represent a portfolio of institutional-grade EB-5 funds invested in high-growth U.S. residential rental communities-one of the most stable, recession-resistant asset classes with exceptional long-term fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute EB-5 capital-raising strategies within your region.
Build, manage, and grow relationships with migration agents, wealth managers, and HNW investor networks.
Present project offerings through webinars, private events, and one-on-one consultations.
Provide on-the-ground market feedback, identify investor needs, and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
Maintain deep understanding of EB-5 program changes, retrogression trends, concurrent filing benefits, and visa updates.
Coordinate with the internal compliance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth investor onboarding and fund documentation.
Represent our company at leading investment and immigration industry events globally.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in EB-5 fundraising.
Proven ability to raise and close EB-5 investor commitments directly or through partners.
In-depth knowledge of EB-5 regulations, investor expectations, and global migration markets.
Strong existing network with agents, wealth managers, law firms, and HNW investors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
