Compensation: $20 – $22 per hour, based on experience

Our Partial Hospitalization Program provides structured, intensive treatment while allowing clients to return home each evening. As a PHP Behavioral Health Technician, you play a vital role in creating a therapeutic, supportive, and well-organized environment that promotes growth and accountability.
You are dependable, compassionate, and thrive in a structured, fast-paced clinical environment. You enjoy working closely with adolescents, supporting group-based programming, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team. You bring consistency, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping youth succeed in their recovery journey.
The Behavioral Health Technician in the PHP setting provides direct support, supervision, and therapeutic engagement to adolescent clients during daytime treatment hours. This role focuses on group support, behavior monitoring, skill-building reinforcement, and maintaining a safe, structured milieu throughout the program day.
