Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer HR activities including onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations
Maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with labor regulations
Support performance management processes and assist employees with HR-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience managing leave processes, including FMLA and ADA
