Position: (TCS) Leadership & Lateral Hiring Specialist | Proactive Talent Strategist | Expert in Permanent & Contingent Workforce Solutions
Location: Houston, TX (5 Days onsite)
Experience: 10 to 15 + years
Payrate: Terms on W2 only
Responsibilities:
- Approximately 85% front end; understanding back end data models is a plus (Back end is based in Java, but team is open to other back end like Python).
- Must understand data models and their value, as the team has a data model driven approach.
- Be technically sound, leading development meetings.
- Diversity of experience is a top skill sought.
- Understanding of IT supply chain is a major plus; must have experience delivering cloud containers, Virtual Machines, etc.
- AWS Certification is a big plus.
- Personal Github or Portfolio is a plus, but not required.
- SAP development experience is a plus; looking for a diverse background, not limited to banking.
- Understand how to build an enterprise-level solution and explain the technical process.
- Looking for very senior candidates with a minimum of 8+ years experience in enterprise.
