CGP : Senior Project Accountant

Fantastic opportunity with our client in Orange County! Fast paced and growing Architecture & Engineering company looking for their next Senior Project Accountant for either a temp-to-hire opportunity or direct hire. This role is hybrid 2 days in office or either Los Angeles or Tustin. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $47 per hour.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Project contract review for financial details to ensure project compliance
• Project set-up in accounting system, liaising with Project Managers (PMs) / Senior Leaders (SLs) regarding budgets (fee flows) / phase set up to assist with project monitoring for the life of the project. Ensure that submitted information is in compliance with company accounting standards and any client requirements
• Maintaining contract paperwork and files, maintaining invoice, aging A / R, change orders, vendor / subcontractor documents and other specified logs for project tracking
