Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns and social media marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Our ideal candidate will also have broad experience across digital marketing (owned / earned and paid media) to help us plan strong campaigns to support seasons, holidays, and company initiatives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work closely with agencies to own and manage all paid advertising campaigns : Develop strategies, execute campaigns, and optimize performance.
• Manage social media team : Oversee planning, brand messaging and performance across all major social channels.
• Lead and develop integrated omnichannel campaign plans, collaborating closely with merchandising and planning teams to align go-to-market strategies and promotional calendars.
• Intake new requests and work cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are understood, shared, and delivered in an efficient manner to campaign stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure compelling campaign creative and messaging.
• Analyze performance of data, generate reports with actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
• Conduct A / B testing and experiment with new ad types, audiences, and tactics.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand voice and messaging standards.
