Process Mechanical Installer

MGC Contractors Inc is looking for a Mechanical / Process Equipment Installer to join our Utah Division in the Provo area.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Review and comprehend blueprint drawings and specifications
• Have the ability to lay out large and small diameter mechanical piping and equipment such as Clarifier Filters Chemical Rooms Aeration Basin System Influent Fine Screens and Pumps.
• Help monitor safety for all on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Help the Project Superintendent monitor project labor.
• Understanding the process of equipment installation alignment and anchoring.
• Knowledge of crane rigging and signaling.
• Knowledge of different types of process piping materials and connections PVC Steel SST and DIP.
• Knowledge of forklift scissor lift and boom lift operations.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
