We are seeking a Regional Clinical Account Specialist to provide clinical education, training, and technical support across hospital systems and OR settings.

• Deliver in-service training, CE programs, and clinical support for surgeons, OR staff, and hospital leadership.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive product adoption and support strategic growth.
• Build strong clinical relationships and act as a trusted resource for advanced surgical and wound care solutions.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license, BSN or higher.
• OR, CNE, or wound specialist certification (AORN, NLN, ABWM, or WOCN).
• 5+ years acute care experience (OR preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (up to 60%).

Preferred

• Medical device, surgical, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Clinical education or management background.
• Existing OR relationships within assigned region.
