We are seeking a Board-Certified OB / GYN Physician for a locum tenens opportunity near Glendale, CA. This full-time assignment will provide coverage for maternity leave, offering a great chance to work in a dynamic, supportive outpatient setting. Key Highlights : Location : Near Glendale, CA Assignment Dates : January 1, 2025 April 1, 2025 Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM Practice Setting : Outpatient only no inpatient work or hospital privileges required. Patients Per Shift : Approximately 23 per day. Clinical Requirements : Board Certification : Required in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Certifications : Active California medical license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Skills Required : Low- and high-risk pregnancies Routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal and C-sections Procedures like FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, and endometrial biopsies Minor gynecological procedures : IUD placements, colposcopy, and cryosurgery Laparoscopic and open surgical gynecology Additional Information : Support Team : Includes RNs, MAs, PAs, and office staff to ensure smooth workflow.
