Description

The SURTASS Security Analyst will oversee COMSEC account management and performance. This includes:

Development, administration, inspection, and correction of deficiencies of SURTASS security programs, procedures, and accounts
• Training and qualifying COMSEC personnel
• Verification and accountability of classified material inventory
• Physical security compliance and verification
• Development and verification of emergency action plans
• Conducting periodic audits and inspections of all SURTASS security programs
• Tracking, reporting, and assisting the SURTASS Vessels with Defense Courier Service (DCS) deliveries

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements

• Associates degree
• Graduate of Navy Communications Security (COMSEC) Manager School
• Three (3) years experience serving in a COMSEC Program

Desired Skills

• Five (5) years experience with personnel, information, and physical security
• Experience serving as a Physical Security Manager
• Experience serving as a COMSEC Manager

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL.
