LaSalle Network is hiring an Operations Senior Financial Analyst for a global manufacturing organization based in Louisville, Kentucky. This direct hire role is tailored for a finance professional with at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting and hands-on exposure to manufacturing or facility environments.

With a hybrid schedule (23 days onsite), this role offers the opportunity to lead site-level financial reporting, collaborate with plant operations, and dig into SAP data to influence real decisions.

What's the Job?

• Lead monthly financial close and variance analysis
• Partner with site leadership to track KPIs and operational metrics
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital project planning
• Ensure product costing accuracy and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Translate complex SAP data into actionable business insights
• Contribute to cost-reduction and process efficiency initiatives

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or external reporting
• Manufacturing or facilities experience is required
• Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
