About the Role

As Manager of the AIMS (AI Marketing Solutions) team youll lead a group of highly skilled AI Engineers who are building the next generation of marketing technology at HubSpot.

Youll define and drive the AI strategy for HubSpots Marketing organization overseeing the ideation prioritization and execution of initiatives that unlock new levels of marketing effectiveness through generative AI automation and intelligent systems.

This role blends technical leadership product strategy and people management . Youll work closely with senior marketing and technology leaders translating complex AI concepts into clear business value and ensuring that the teams work drives measurable impact.

The cash compensation below includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range :

$219650 $351440 USD
