Job Summary

• The primary purpose of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is to provide direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living to meet each resident’s physical, mental, psycho-social, and spiritual needs. Care is provided in accordance with the resident’s individualized, person-centered plan of care, and in compliance with established facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• The CNA performs basic nursing procedures and patient care tasks as delegated by licensed nursing staff, promptly reports changes in resident condition, and contributes to the interdisciplinary care process to ensure quality outcomes and continuity of care in the care center setting.

Open Blocks :

Dining Aide (24 hrs per pay period) : 7 : 30a-10 : 30a, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.

Eve Mix (34-36 hrs per pay period) : 2p-10 : 30p, 5p-10p, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.

Eve Mix (21-26 hrs per pay period ) : 2p-10 : 30p, 5p-10p, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.

Eve & Night Mix (50 hrs per pay period) : 2p-10 : 30p, 5p-10p, 6p-6 : 30a, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.

Shift Differentials :

Night : $3.50 / hr

Weekend : $2.50 / hr

Supervisory Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

Safety, including universal precautions and safe work practices, established fire / safety / disaster plans, risk management, and security, report and / or correct unsafe working conditions, equipment repair and maintenance needs.

Cooperates and works together with all co-workers; plan and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction including appropriate judgment.
