A company is looking for a Project Manager to support a large-scale federal program coordinating nationwide production and delivery of branded materials.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the government client, coordinating project updates and issue resolution
Manage and track production orders, deliveries, and vendor activities, ensuring accurate documentation and status reporting
Establish processes and maintain detailed project trackers to monitor progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, project management, logistics, operations management, or a related field
7+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations management
Demonstrated ability to manage large operational efforts involving multiple stakeholders and external partners
Experience developing project trackers, dashboards, or reporting tools to monitor progress and performance
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
