Job Description

Henderson Behavioral Health is seeking an Adult Behavioral Health Coordinator to fulfill our positions available in Broward County. The Adult Behavioral Health Coordinator will be responsible for providing overall team leadership, direction, and accountability for quality clinical and case management services. Monitors timely and accurate documentation of services and ensures services are provided through a multidisciplinary team person-centered approach. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, administrative oversight, fiscal responsibility and staff training.

All locations / programs require :

• Minimum Master’s Degree in in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or related field. Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling education, mental health counseling, or related field; preferred.
• Licensed in the state of Florida as an LMHC, LCSW or LMFT. 16-hour State approved supervision course..
• Excellent writing and organizational skills including time management.
• Valid Florida Driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• At least five years working with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses and / or co-occurring disorders in a rehabilitation setting. Some supervisory experience preferred.
