Job Description : Digital Experience Optimization Manager (UX & Growth)
Role Overview
The Digital Experience Optimization Manager will play a critical role in evolving Digital Store 2.0, driving measurable improvements across user experience, conversion, and engagement. This role sits at the intersection of UX research, experimentation (A / B testing), lifecycle marketing, and digital content execution, partnering closely with UX, Product, Acquisition, and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable translating customer insights into actionable improvements while managing cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.
