As a veteran-led, Alaska-owned environmental and materials testing laboratory , we provide fast, precise, and defensible data for soil, water, air, and biological materials — helping Alaska’s core industries stay compliant, informed, and efficient.

We’re hiring Laboratory Technicians to support our growing operation in Anchorage.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a structured, hands-on environment where accuracy and accountability matter. You’ll work directly with experienced scientists and managers, performing sample preparation, analysis, and quality control to ensure results meet strict ISO / IEC 17025 standards.

Compensation :

$60,000 – $80,000 annually

Responsibilities :

• Receive, log, and process environmental and materials samples for analysis.
• Perform laboratory tests following approved EPA, ASTM, and NIOSH methods.
• Conduct sample preparation, dilutions, extractions, and instrument runs (e.g., GC, ICP, HPLC ) under supervision.
• Maintain accurate data entry and chain-of-custody documentation in the LIMS system.
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain analytical instruments and lab equipment.
• Support the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in internal QA / QC activities.
• Adhere to the Chemical Hygiene Plan (CHP) , safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with peers and management to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
