A fast-growing national healthcare services organization is hiring a senior marketing leader to own and scale a
$50M+ annual marketing budget
across online and offline channels. This is a high-impact role for a builder—someone who brings both strategic horsepower and creative instincts, and who wants to shape the future of a major consumer-facing brand in the preventive health space.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Chief Marketing Officer (or SVP / VP of Marketing ready to grow into CMO)
who can lead end-to-end marketing strategy, elevate brand presence, and accelerate customer acquisition across multiple channels. This role reports directly to executive leadership and will be responsible for driving large-scale, data-backed marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own, optimize, and scale a
$50M+ annual marketing budget .
Lead strategy across
online and offline
marketing channels, including digital, direct mail, broadcast, partnerships, and referral programs.
Develop strong creative concepts, brand campaigns, and consumer messaging that resonate with a broad U.S. audience.
Serve as the organization’s “ideas engine”—bringing fresh thinking, new concepts, and innovative marketing plays.
Implement and expand use of
analytics, advanced attribution models, and AI-driven tools
to increase efficiency and ROI.
Partner with product, operations, clinical, and executive teams to drive growth initiatives.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
Identify new consumer trends and preventive health opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes.
Ideal Background
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
Experience managing
large-scale, multi-channel marketing spend .
Strong creative sensibility—conceptual thinker with an eye for design and storytelling.
Proven track record driving performance marketing and brand marketing.
Deep knowledge of
analytics, AI tools, data-driven decision making, attribution, and forecasting .
Preventive health, healthcare services, diagnostics, wellness, or related industry experience is a
plus , not a requirement.
Executive presence with the ability to influence and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
