Responsibilities
- Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to refresh in‑app content for key features including P2P payments, referrals, cash back, and budgeting.
- Lead a full review and rewrite of app content in the lead‑up to and during our native app conversion – ensuring clarity, continuity, and a cohesive customer voice.
- Contribute to the next evolution of our client content approach and help define our broader content strategy.
- Support exploration and sourcing of third‑party financial education content partners to enhance our educational library.
- Continue supporting new feature work post‑conversion while helping shape the long‑term content model for the client line of business.
