Key Responsibilities

Provide monitoring technologies support and LogicMonitor platform administration

Automate workflows and optimize business processes, including integration with ServiceNow

Support day-to-day operations and maintain monitoring principles in distributed systems

Required Qualifications

LogicMonitor Certified Associate (LMCA)

3+ years of experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS and / or Azure

5+ years supporting modern server operating systems (Linux / Windows)

Strong knowledge of application and system software monitoring principles

Experience with LogicMonitor, including LM Envision and REST API for automation
