Field Canvasser

The Field Canvasser is responsible for engaging homeowners in designated neighborhoods to generate interest in the company’s window replacement and home improvement services. This role focuses on initiating conversations, educating potential customers, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is personable, motivated, and comfortable working outdoors while representing the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

Canvass assigned residential areas to introduce the company’s window products and services

Engage homeowners in a friendly, professional, and informative manner

Generate and set qualified appointments for in-home consultations

Accurately record customer information and appointment details

Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements

Provide feedback to management regarding customer responses and field conditions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to climb stairs and walk door-to-door for several hours per shift

Schedule

• Up to 30 hours per week
• Evening and weekend availability may be required

Benefits

$18 per hour and bonus of 2% of all net sales.
