As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the healthcare location. Pay Rate : $21.65 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Wed 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Thur 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential disruptions.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and / or providing guidance to individuals on site.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all individuals within the location.
  • Document daily activities, incidents, and / or observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
