The Role :
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, digital filing, and document management.
Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and internal records.
Assist in scheduling virtual meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating communications.
Manage incoming emails, messages, and document requests promptly and professionally.
Support various departments with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Ideal Profile :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
