Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced analytic capabilities to support business challenges and perform statistical analysis
Translate unstructured data into actionable insights and communicate findings to leadership
Manage and participate in complex projects aimed at improving customer experience and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
6 years of experience in data mining, analysis, and modeling using large data sets
3 years of experience in data analytics and customer experience
2 years of experience with Contact Center practices, systems, and tools
Advanced capability with Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
