The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is a results-oriented leader who will empower their team or engineers, continuous improvement specialist, and maintenance to foster innovation and successfully deliver on project, program, organizational, and company goals. Will oversee facility technical planning, plant maintenance, and execution of all manufacturing / production related projects to improve quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
The Manufacturing Engineer Manager also provides ongoing support for Value Stream leadership in the areas of productivity improvement and lead time reduction, takes a leadership role with Operations activities and is responsible for ensuring that all customer and internal cost requirements are met or exceeded.
Education : Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. MBA Preferred.
Experience : Minimum eight (8) years manufacturing engineering experience working in a production facility (preferably medium to light assembly). Three (3) plus years of Engineering Management experience. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred

Pay Range : $153,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually
Bonus Eligible : This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
