Position Summary

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LMHC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or LADAC) provides clinical support to residents in a transitional living environment through assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff. This role focuses on promoting long-term recovery, emotional stability, and personal growth within a structured, substance-free living environment. The clinician ensures all therapeutic work aligns with ethical standards, state regulations, and evidence-based practices in addiction and mental health care.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Services

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, intake evaluations, and ongoing clinical documentation.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans focused on recovery, relapse prevention, and mental health stabilization.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups on topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, communication, and life skills.
• Manage crisis intervention, including suicide risk assessments, safety planning, and coordination with emergency services when needed.
