Registered Nurse - Remote

A company is looking for a Virtual Treatment Nurse for part-time weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Delivers remote clinical monitoring and member education through various digital platforms

Promotes member self-care management using clinical judgment and data analysis

Collaborates with team members to ensure a seamless experience for members

Required Qualifications

Currently active and unencumbered RN license in the relevant state

Minimum of 4 years nursing experience in diverse healthcare settings

Required BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing school

Experience in case / care management, value-based care, or population health preferred

Comfort with technology and ability to manage large caseloads in a fast-paced environment
