• Collaborate with international factories to validate shipment documentation and packing lists.
• Ensure accuracy by cross-checking purchase orders with invoices and related records.
• Generate detailed invoices using QuickBooks and provide necessary documentation to customers.
• Maintain organized records of logistics and distribution activities.
• Perform thorough checks to ensure compliance with all shipment requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze supply chain data.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to address logistical concerns.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels to support operational efficiency.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies in shipping processes.
• Handle workloads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoice generation and record management.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking.
• Ability to perform meticulous checks for accuracy and compliance.
