Job Description :
The Sr. Software Developer (SuccessFactors) will be responsible for developing and integrating Korn Ferry's digital products with SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. The role requires a hands-on approach to development while also contributing to functional requirements gathering and implementation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Develop and integrate applications with SuccessFactors.
- Work with third-party vendors on end-to-end integration.
- Handle infrastructure, integration support, and coding aspects.
- Maintain and enhance integration features for the SuccessFactors marketplace.
- Gather and analyze functional requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for development and deployment.
Requirements : Must-Haves :
6-7 years of experience in software development.Strong experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors.Hands-on coding and development experience.Experience with packaged solutions and database structures within SuccessFactors.Working with third-party vendors for integration projects.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).Backend development experience, including SFTP / API integration.Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Talent Management and Payroll.Understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.Nice-to-Haves :
Experience with ReactJS.Prior experience in developing apps for the SuccessFactors marketplace.Experience working in Agile teams.
