Paid Media Specialist

We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and PPC to help our clients optimize and grow their advertising campaigns. You'll join a fast-moving team of ambitious professionals and get the chance to work with exciting brands while continuously developing your skills in performance marketing.

Salary Range : PHP 80,000 90,000 per month (Final offer will depend on skills, experience, and assessment results.)

What You'll Do

  • Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video.
  • Track KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.) and make data-driven improvements to maximize results.
  • Spot campaign challenges and suggest proactive solutions.
  • Apply client guidance and parameters to refine campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with content / creative teams to source ad copy and assets.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently through chat, video calls, and project management tools.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to keep clients updated on performance.
  • Optimize keywords and ad copy for better conversions.

    • What We're Looking For

    Must-Have :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (paid search)
  • Proficiency with SEMRush
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office / 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
  • Experience handling multiple accounts or clients (agency background a plus)

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, or Instagram Ads
  • Basic skills in landing page optimization
  • Ad copy optimization experience

  • Recommend new PPC strategies and best practices
  • Provide insights and trend analysis from reporting
  • Run A / B tests and experiments with data-driven hypotheses
  • Expand expertise across more paid media platforms
