Pay Rate / Range : $20 / hr

Description :  Our client is seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented Administrative assistant to help with the day to day operations of the business. This role is essential in supporting and ensuring clear communication across the team. Will be responsible for greeting visitors, accepting packages and completing onboarding.

Job Requirements :  The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. They should have excellent organizational abilities, be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and preferably have prior experience in an administrative or office setting. The ability to multitask and work independently is also essential for success in this role.

Job Type :  Contract-to-hire

Shift / Schedule :  Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
