Job Title : Lead Java Developer

Pay Range : $64 / hr-$75 / hr

Contract Length : 3 Months (Contract to Hire)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Lead to provide advanced technical and consultative support across complex software development initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level systems, offering expert guidance on technical challenges, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in Java technologies, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions based on user specifications.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for both hardware and software issues.
• Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to less experienced staff; assist in identifying training needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying relevant innovations to projects.
• Act as a project leader for specific initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
