A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow multiple software engineering teams focused on data platforms and enterprise-scale services
Design and implement software development kits (SDKs), APIs, and microservices for data and analytics needs
Collaborate with product managers and engineering leaders to develop a technical roadmap aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications
PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 12 years of experience in software development with expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
More than 5 years of leadership experience in directing engineering teams and mentoring team members
Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong knowledge of data governance, data pipeline frameworks, and AIML technologies
