Job Description : Warehouse & Distribution Manager

As a Warehouse & Distribution Manager you will lead all logistics and warehouse operations across one main distribution center (Pasadena) and four satellite warehouses (St. Gabriel Nederland Odessa and Corpus Christi). This role oversees end-to-end activities including inventory control transportation safety and compliance while ensuring efficient cost-effective and high-quality service. You will also drive continuous improvement develop team capabilities and ensure operational alignment across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall warehouse and distribution operations across five locations ensuring consistency in processes safety and performance.
• Supervise warehouse leaders at each site and the drivers based in Pasadena.
• Oversee receiving shipping storage and transportation activities in compliance with company policies regulatory requirements and WMS standards.
• Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy order fulfillment and on-time delivery (OTD).
• Manage the companys private truck fleet including maintenance compliance documentation and vehicle tracking.
• Evaluate and select carriers monitor freight costs and resolve transportation or delivery issues to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with Sales Customer Experience and Manufacturing teams to align shipping schedules with production and customer needs.
• Lead the training and professional development of warehouse and logistics staff to promote safety efficiency and engagement.
• Travel to satellite warehouses approximately every other month to provide leadership oversight and support.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including OTD Freight Cost Inventory Accuracy and Safety Metrics.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
