About the Program

The Intensive In-Home Services Program provides support to families involved in the formal social services system due to concerns such as abuse, neglect, truancy, or delinquency. The goal is to :

Preserve family units

Prevent or reduce out-of-home placements

Promote reunification of families

The In-Home Services team includes Parent Mentors, In-Home Clinicians, and a Supervisor working collaboratively to support families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct services and support to youth and parents through home and community visits

Maintain regular contact with clients and collaborate with their service teams

Model and teach parenting and life skills

Connect families to community resources

Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided

Work in a variety of settings, including homes, office, and community locations

Qualifications

Bachelors Degreen in Social Work, Phycology, Criminal Justice, or other related field.

Experience working with youth or families preferred

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
