A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a high-performance culture through operating cadence, initiative accountability, performance management, and people development

Drive greenfield initiatives from concept to execution, making strategic decisions on business lines and organizational structure

Ensure consistent operational infrastructure and accountability across the organization, addressing performance issues and tracking initiatives

Required Qualifications

Experience in scaling organizations from $30-50M in revenue to higher multiples

Proficiency in using AI tools for operational efficiency

Strong problem-solving skills tailored to unique marketplace complexities

Proven ability to drive change and influence across functions without direct authority

Demonstrated excellence in setting high standards and maintaining rigorous performance management
